the screen has white spots on the inside like water spots.the channel’s will change but I can barely see the screen

@trose70 that will depend on what model your TV is. Common issues with snowy pictures is a failed DLP chip as well as a bad video board. It will also help if you can tell us if you have snowy pictures on all video inputs i.e. HDMI Cable etc.
