My phone still has the apple icon and the status bar underneath it and it hasn’t moved an inch and I’m trying to access my stuff but it won’t let me what should I do?
I would wait a while to see if it continues with the process. If it doesn’t, you could try a hard reset: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.Press and hold the Side button (aka power) until you see the Apple logo.
Plug the device into a computer that has itunes open. If the problem does not resolve restart the device in recovery mode
