It Still Wouldn T Work So I Tried To Purge The Air Craftsman Riding Mower

I have a YT-4000 riding mower and I did change the transmission oil by making my own plugs, draining and refilling the oil. It still wouldn’t work, so I tried to purge the air. Not sure I am doing it right. My YT-4000 does not have a neutral position. It is either in forward mode or reverse mode. I did disengage the transmission to Transport and slowly disengaged the clutch/brake, but my motion control lever is either on or in reverse. I cannot put it into “full forward position”. I did repeat the procedure in Forward, and then in Reverse mode, and then turned off the engine, then placed the Freewheel position into the engaged position and tried the next steps. Nothing happened. The machine will still not go forward or backwards. I suspect I haven’t purged the air yet, but I am not sure I am doing it right. Help! The grass is getting long!
