Hi my TV does not show video and audio all,, it went black but power button is on.. Pliz help
Hi @emmacheruiyot , How old is the TV? If it is less than 12 months old, follow the directions in the manufacturer’s warranty statement that should have come with the TV or is in the user manual as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement. If it is older than 12 months then it will have to be opened and the power board tested to make sure that it is OK. Unfortunately I have no experience in how easy it is to remove the back cover on a curved TV (looking online at the model number seems to indicate that the screen is curved.)
