I recently got the screen changed on my iPad 3. It is reset and when I go to set up, it gets to the “it may take a few minutes to set up” message and then after a minute it simply starts back over like it is a new iPad needing to be set up. How do I fix this?
Before opening up the iPad make sure the iPad is up to date via iTunes and 3utools. You can also use 3utools to activate the iPad.
Try taking all the ribbon cables out and putting them back in.
