i’ve tried turning it on. i’ve even tried the reset in the back but it keeps restarting and shutting off. i’ve only had it since December 21, 2015. it might be getting old but i don’t know. the last time it worked was February 25, 2018.
The tablet itself may have a short on the logic board. Does the machine power on when plugged in via USB power or if applicable AC?
