i have a flat screen pioneer model PDP 4214HD and it wont turn on it was working fine last and this morning it will not turn on, what could it be? Thank you W.W.
wanda, the TV being completely dead could be something as simple as a bad fuse. If the fuse is okay the problem could be a bad power board or a bad main board. You’d really would have to start a more in depth trouble shooting. Of course, make sure that the set is plugged in and that you power to the outlet. Let us know what you would like to do and if you want to further investigate it. You would need a camera to post some images of your TV as well as access to a multimeter. Update (08/27/2016) Follow the flowchart and see what you come up with.
