Chosen Solution
i changed the screen and now the screen is dull, i placed my original back in and its doing the same.. anybody else had this issue and what solutions are there??
a. Faulty LCD. “The cheap screens have an exposed backlight solder joint on the flex. Closing up the phone can short the backlight circuit to ground. It blows a backlight filter/fuse and this is usually the extent of it” b. Otherwise try to replace the Prox Sensor but shoudn’t make any diff really. That’s only to kill time :)
