Hello iam using samunsg j2pro 2016 phone my phone charging lately and draining fast please help me to solve my problem please any one.
Hi, Have you got WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS permanently enabled? They all use a lot of power. Disable them if you don’t need to use them all the time and see if the battery lasts longer. Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if the battery performance noticeably improves or not. If it does, then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. You’ll need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the battery’s performance between each uninstall to see whether the problem is still there or not. Once it performs normally the last app that you uninstalled will be the culprit. If the problem is still there in safe mode, how old is the phone? Perhaps the battery is starting to fail and cannot hold its’ charge under load like it used to. Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan.
