Hello my Samsung J7 does not charge it only indicates that its charging when pluged in but its not filling up instead its reducing what might be the problem so that i can fix it, i love this phone?
@stephen12 could be an issue with your charging IC or your battery. I would suggest you start with a new battery since the next step would be a board level repair. Let us know exactly what model this is Something Like J730F etc. this will be important should you decide you are going to check on board level components.
