There is no sound from bluetooth, aux and even system sounds do not work. LEDs are blinking, but I hear nothing even when I turn speaker on/off or toggling bluetooth/pairing mode. Update (11/01/2020) Hi guys, thank you all a lot for the answers but my speaker now started to work fine by itself somehow.

The speaker makes a rising electric guitar strum sound when it powers up. … which you are not hearing… so give it a few seconds after start up.Press the Volume UP and Play-Pause Buttons Together. …Check that your JBL Flip 4 Did Reset. …Done! Ummm hello im laye but i have a solution. theres is a small metal box soldered into the pcb in the left side (where the strap is) so you have to open the jbl, remove the left driver, and then put something to hold the small metal box pushed to the pcb to make contact. plug in the charger and hold down the power button..wait a second and then you should hear that your phone has connected to it . mess around with the buttons if still not working or disconnect your whole phone from it and then re due it .
I had the same issue, I performed the steps to reset it and didn’t work, but then I tried to use Siri and then it worked. Worth the shot
