JBL is wireless but also can be used using a wire, and I dropped it, with the wire on and broke the charging and audio port now I cant charge it anymore. can you help me fix it? :( Update (07/02/2016) my broken charging port looks like this
and the normal thing should look like this :/
The part you need is: SA-HM14PA0300-B That’ll get you the small PCB with the charging jack (new part). Costs ~ $9 + shipping Call JBL Tech Support @: (800) 336-4525 (also on JBL support website - link below) Last I checked they still had a couple in stock. Note: You’ll need to de-solder/re-solder the wires back to the replacement part, so find help if you don’t have soldering experience. https://www.jbl.com/support-product.html
If you can open it up and find what perhaps the pad pattern and jack should look like, possibly you can find the same piece on AliExpress and then buy it and resolder it on. it involves surface mount soldering though, most likely.
my jbl e50bt broken length adjusting part is broken what i do now?
Hey, first of all you will need to open it. I recommend you to go to this video link to learn how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1CMVoqfh… Very helpful for the issue. And be careful with the pins… so tricky!
