How long can I leave the new battery uninstalled without affecting its integrity/efficiency? My current battery is OK, and I can get a little further without installing the new one. How long do I wait?
According to most sources I’ve read, a battery should be charged at least once a year or so. So I’d say 10 months from the date of purchase should be fine.
