Chosen Solution
Just took out of the box for the first time and followed all the directions and steamer heats up but no steam comes out of the hose. Have check hose and other troubleshooting per user manual, nothing works. Help please .
@nclement1996 if you just purchased this and followed the instructions and it still does not work, my suggestion would be to contact customer support either from where you purchased it or the manufacturer. There should be a number in the instruction manual. Brand new items yjy do not work, should always get returned to either seller or maker. After all, you spend your hard earned money to buy a product that works, not one that needs repair on day one.
