Hi! I have a 40" JVC JVC LT-40C860 TV that I normally use as a computer monitor. Recently, we moved house and when I set it up again, everything shows up with a blue tint. The picture is fine overall, but there’s that blue tint. One more thing: when I stand a bit far away from it, it appears that the blue tint is a bit deeper in certain parts of the screen than others (it’s unevenly spread across). I tried to reset the TV, but unfortunately on going through the options, it appears that there is no such setting. I had bought this from Currys back in 2017 and it has worked without a problem so far. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Hi @audiocurry Go to p.46 in the user manual to see how to reset the TV. You could also try adjusting the colour in the Advanced Picture settings -see p.21 and check if this helps. Hopefully this will fix it but usually a blue tint is indicative of aging or faulty LED backlighting in the screen.
