Keep restarting with the gust of wind with a noticeable sound on boot up. Hangs at almost the same point every time. Works fine on safe mode.
If Safe Mode starts up then you have something trying to load (driver or application) at startup. You could have malware or virus on your system as well. You’ll need to boot up under an external drive to clean out any malware or virus and/or re-install a fresh copy of your OS onto the drive. Depending on your security settings you may need to alter them.
