My machine will spin clockwise slowly while filling up with water. Once filled, I hear a click or twon the time drops to 4 minutes and the water drains. After draining the machine flashes 0L. I tried with a different cycle, a lighter load as well as no load and the machine does the same thing. I can set the machine to rinse and spin mode and it will function correctly. What is the problem and what do I need to replace?
Hi @ukon , Here’s the tech sheet for the washer. Try running the diagnostic test program and check for any error codes. If there is one then the sheet will tell you what to look for.
