I think I know what is wrong with it, but am having trouble accessing the area. There is a metal rod on the bottom of my ice cube bucket that goes into a box (for lack of a better term) in the rear of the freezer compartment. Where that rod inserts, there is something loose with a black cylinder and foam piece. I can’t get this cover off. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
