During the rinse cycle my Kenmore Elite HE3 washing machine fails intermittently with an F20 error code. I can reset the washer to a different place in the wash cycle and it will continue . It doesn’t always do this but seems to happen more frequently when I put in a large load. I’ve tested the continuity on the inlet valves and they are ok. Does anyone have any suggestions. Update (01/26/2022) The model number of the washing machine is 110-47571602. There was a little bit of guck on the hot water inlet screen which I removed. It would have covered less than 10% of the screen at most likely closer to 5%. The water pressure is fine at least 60psi.
Hi @meconopsis , Check that the water level pressure switch is OK and that the hose that it connected to it, is securely attached. Here’s the service manual for the machine. Go to p.4-6 to see the location and p.5-6 for how to test it.
