Seems to take over an hour to complete a normal wash on normal cycle. I have cleaned out the pump basket already but not sure if there is any other parts to clean out. It use to take only 40 min before now it seems to take longer & longer to complete washes. There are no error codes. Machine runs fine and washes cloths but just takes a long time. It will say 7min left but then it will take 20min to complete. Why is it taking longer to complete a wash cycle?
Rachel Andrigo , Try less detergent/soap as the sud’s sensor may be detecting excess sud’s and will run rinse cycles longer. Find below your machines service manual, if drain hoses or pump partially plugged it may increase cycle time, use the manual to check for debri in the pump or drain hoses. The manual will also tell how to run diagnostic test, which may help solve issue. Manual also contains the diagnostic codes and recommended checks for fault. Good luck.
