Chosen Solution
The water in the house was shut off and then back on. Now, it SOUNDS like the water dispenser is working as always, but no water.
Check lines and filters for debris. Sometimes when they turn the water on and off it loosens debris. Especially if they were working on the water pipes. If you have an air compressor, you can check that the lines are clear with that. On another note, make sure all valves for the water supply to the house are open. Often times ice maker/fridge water supplies come off a secondary valve somewhere.
