I have a Kenmore Elite my refrigerator is no cooling.I pay 50$ a month for insurance on all my appliances. The tech came out waste water all over my kitchen floor hour later he wanted 289$ he said he had to order a motor 39$ .He wanted my money and told me it would take 2 weeks for the parts to get back.That was months ago still no parts no tech.I don’t know what to do, almost 2000$ refrigerator still not working
