Microwave works on baked potato choice only. No other buttons work. Message “touch start” constantly displayed.
@donmccabe since it works for one choice only, it appears as if your touch panel has failed. Interestingly enough your MW seems to be a rebranded Samsung. Kenmore does not really build their own appliances. The part number is DE94-01647D. This video should at least get you there.
