Chosen Solution
Okay so i went to fix my laptop because it overheated and i took put the battery. However in doing thus pulled the motherboard hood up and that disconnected the ribbon for the keyboard. Is there anyway that can be fixed easy, cheap and fast.
this is a really simple fix if the cable is not damaged. all you have to do is to put the ribbon cable back where it came out from and there should be some clip or something that keeps it in place. hopefully thats all that it is and your keyboard is working fine soon.
