hi after braking my laptop (was cleaning cooler) now not working my keyboard light. can you tell me how can fix this problem? all drivers is updated
If you opened the laptop to clean the cooler there’s a chance that you disconnected a cable that powers the keyboard LEDs. For this model I believe that there are two ribbon cables, one for the keyboard and one for the LEDs, make sure that both of these are connected correctly
