The keyboard in my wife’s Macbook Pro 13” early 2015 has stopped working. The trackpad still works, but no response from the keyboard (except the power button). I tried to reset the SMC and PRAM, but I don’t think that worked, which makes me think it is a hardware issue with the keyboard itself. Any suggestions on next steps to try? Edit: The keyboard has stopped working again. Here is the output from CoconutBattery.
@Jeremy Moseley - I’m sure you have a bad cable as its a common issue in this series if your battery is failing as the pressure on the cable damages it MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Early 2015) Trackpad Cable as it gets compressed against the bottom cover. I would get a better view of things, install this gem of an app! CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see Adding images to an existing question so we can check to see if your battery needs replacing too!
