Hi All, Thanks for reading this thread. i want to know if somebody here ever have same keyboard input problem with Samsung NP355E (LA-8868P) like me, Its started when the LED *break and replaced with standard 14.0 LED (but the part number is different from the genuine ones). The Laptop display after LED replacement was OK, nothing to concern about. But suddenly the keyboard input went randomly error which in now its getting worse by not working at all. Once my fellow local Techinian gave some infos including that this case is commonly found on LA-8868P whenever we replace the LED with differ part number, caused by damaged EC file on ENE KB9012QF A3 (CMIIW) and need to be reflashed using some tools (They mentioned RT-809 ISP Programmer btw). Long story short, here what i already did :
- Replaced the New ENE KB9012QF A3 with the new ones (But without reflashing it), not solved.
- Reflashed it using RT-809, With LA-8868P EC File but still not solved.
- Also i did some experiment by substitute the EC file using LA-8861P (which actually for Samsung NP305) and doesnt work either.
- As additional info, the keyboard is OK since i already have the new ones for tester (total 2 keyboard for testing each time reflashing is done) and none of them work. Is there anything i can do to fix this problem ? Deeply sorry as my English isn’t good enough, but i Hope all of You are able to catch what i mean. Thanks in advance for all advices i may get from here, Cheers.
