Hi! I’ve replaced the battery on this Macbook to keep it functional for a little while longer. After replacement I’ve noticed the keyboard is having some issues. Certain keys, the E up to the O, all along the same row, aren’t working. The problem is intermitted. Has any of you got an idea what the issue could be and how to solve it?Thanks a lot in advance!Edit: I have noticed that once I hold the keyboard at a 90 or 180 degree angle somehow the keys come back to life. This does lead me to believe it’s a connection issue. I’ve also reset NVRAM, which might’ve helped. So my next question would be; which connection could cause this issue? So I know which to check

You could try to clean the keyboard socket (internal) with isopropyl 99% alcohol and a fine toothbrush. Also inspect and clean the end of the flat keyboard cable that connect into the socket. Make sure the cable is well inserted into the socket.

The keyboard connector is right by where you were working and may have pulled loose a little. Re-seat it. See steps 18 - 20 of this guide: MacBook Pro 15" Unibody Mid 2012 Logic Board Replacement

Update your drivers. Outdated or corrupted drivers could prevent your keyboard from connecting and responding. Update the driver, restart the computer, and then test the keyboard again to see if it’s working again. Check your keyboard language settings. Hope this helps
