MacBook Pro runs fine but no keyboard backlight.
Set if resetting the SMC and NVRAM fixes things: Reset the SMC of your MacReset NVRAM on your Mac If not your backlight power circuit or the backlight panel within the keyboard is damaged (often from liquid damage)
