Chosen Solution
I downloaded avast cleanup and i think in the startup and background programs i accidentally disabled something that was for the keyboard and touchpad. A mouse still works though but any keyboard connected to the laptop wont work. I also cant go back to the avast cleanup startup and background programs because it now wont open !!!
Your best bet is probably System Restore. Hopefully there’ll be a restore point prior you your Avast install.
