Chosen Solution Hi. the jaw on the stick suddenly became loose, resulting in my ship sliding sideways and bad aiming (elite). I tried dissassembling the stick as described here to see if I could spot the problem, but no luck :-( I know this is all pretty old by now but i encountered the same issue today. When i looked inside i found a broken Spring near the Potentiometer. ( You have to lift the Potentiometer out of the Stick to see that) Since i doubt you can get a new Spring, You either have to live with it or by a new one sadly....

Chosen Solution How long can I leave the new battery uninstalled without affecting its integrity/efficiency? My current battery is OK, and I can get a little further without installing the new one. How long do I wait? According to most sources I’ve read, a battery should be charged at least once a year or so. So I’d say 10 months from the date of purchase should be fine.

Chosen Solution I can’t turn on my phone today, is it the battery broken? Try holding home button and power button to reset the phone while its plugged up to charger. If that does not work you may need to replace the battery.

Chosen Solution Please help me to identify this.. Connected to usb charging circuit, Becomes too hot when connected with usb but fire hd 10 does not charge. Is this a diode.. Has marking L2 faisol kabir … looks like a schottky rectifier diode. check the specs here and see if this matched your application: https://www.mouser.com/Semiconductors/Di… typically, the diode will not be the issue in the charging circuit but the ic itself....

Can you tell me anything else about the failure? What was it doing before it shut down? If the time and date were incorrect or your printer dropping off line, replace the battery....

Chosen Solution Purchased a battery from fixit to replace the OEM battery in MacBook Air 2015. After installation, and calibration, the battery only last for 2.5 to 3 hours before completely drained. I calibrated the battery as stated on the website multiple time and it does not seem to help the issue. Should I be getting longer battery life than that? I remember the OEM battery last couple 6 to 8 hours for normal use I use Coconut Battery to look at the battery....

But about a year and a half ago my screen was partially broken, but the screen works just fine. And I also think that the charging port has been damaged with the time I’m using it. Because every time I connect it to a computer to backup the iPad then the computer does not recognize the iPad at all, not even with another cable....

After replacing it, the screen wouldn’t turn on at all, but when I put the old screen in, it showed the blue lines. How do I fix it? All help would be appreciated! Chosen Solution My iPhone 5s recently starting going into a bootloop. It boots up with the Apple logo, then after a few seconds shows a solid red screen. It then goes back to the Apple logo, and the process repeats indefinitely. I’ve seen other posts on here and elsewhere saying that disconnecting the camera/proximity sensor cable will fix the problem. In my case, it does not. The behavior is unchanged. I can’t seem to get into DFU mode either....

Chosen Solution So I got an iPhone 3g 8GB model, and I’m sort of an expert at fixing iPhones but not this kind. So I have this problem that the phone won’t turn on nor connect to my computer, but it does receive power when I connect it to an outlet with its original charger and brick. But the only thing that happens when I connect it to the power outlet, all it does is that it shows the apple logo and then 5 seconds later it dims the display but can still see the apple logo but with no backlit on the display....

Chosen Solution I have a Vizio M70-E3 that I dropped when moving into my new house. It only fell about 6 inches, as it was in the process of being lifted, and struck the bottom left corner (when looking at the screen). The TV would still power on, but the screen would not display anything. The backlight still worked, though. I’ve taken the TV apart to see if I can find where the actual damage is and what I found is somewhat interesting, albeit still probably bad news....
