Chosen Solution I dropped my iPhone 13 pro in a parking lot and a rock struck the camera cracking it. I would like to know if I can replace the camera. I faced the same incident, I cant claim from apple care as its not available in my country. Went to Apple and they advise me that I have to replace the whole backside of the phone at 2/4 of the price of a new unit or swap with a new one that cost 3/4 of the price of a new unit....
Chosen Solution I replaced the glass digitizer. In the process accidentally ripped off the Wifi/Bluetooth antenna. I replaced that and the glass but for some reason when I reassembled everything, the home and power button are not functional (only to turn on but not to wake or sleep). The volume and mute button still work fine. if the volume buttons work but the power button does not you have likely torn through the cable on the top right hand corner of the iPad when letting the digitiser, it can be replaced following this guide....
Chosen Solution Late 2013 MacBook won’t turn on It could be a faulty battery or one that is not supported by the Macbook. I would recommend contacting the seller and check with them if the battery is supported.
Chosen Solution Took all apart and reseated plugs. Looks like I had not fitted them correctly. Now able to enter password and all ok. so can close this query. Re seated connectors and all ok now.
Chosen Solution The keyboard on my Macbook Pro (13”, Retina, Early 2015) will work for some time then stop working during use or when logging on after sleeping or booting up. The power button and trackpad work, but the length of time the rest of keyboard doesn’t respond is not consistent and can last multiple days at a time. I did spill something on it months ago, but the issue did not arise until a month or two after that incident....
Chosen Solution The letters on the keyboard are wearing off. Are these replaceable ? if not , what do you recommend ? An easy and cheap way to fix the worn lettering is to buy alpha numeric decals, the kind you soak in water and transfer to the object.

Chosen Solution I changed the thermal paste on my CPU and after reinstalling the motherboard and all cables it won’t boot. All that happens is that my fans turn on for like a second while my start button flashes white. The flash ends and the fans turn off. It keeps going like that until I unplug it. I don’t know if I installed it incorrectly or if I did something else wrong...

I have to have a spectacular connection (full bars) for it to work at all. @tegan_ricara if you continue to use it, it will stop to “still works slightly” pretty quickly. Chosen Solution i accidentally left it on a ll night and day and now it not truing on and if it does it flashes then turns off 1, Try charge again 2. After one hour try switch on 3. Should see charging status or boot up splash screens If not either bad battery, bad charger, bad charge cable, or bad charge port on phone.
Chosen Solution I spilt a bit of coca cola on my keyboard and when I turn my Mac on it’s really dark and F2 and F1 button aren’t working, what should I do? It sounds like water damage if there was a drink spilt on it. I’m not a specialist in computers, but you will need a repair for sure. First stop using it and unplug the battery! Hopefully you don’t damage your system anymore than it’s already....

Chosen Solution When I call people, I can hear them, but they can’t hear me. I tried adjusting the settings, but it still does not pick up sound. The microphone can be accessed from the motherboard. From there, you can replace it. Check out the Troubleshooting Guide for more help.
Chosen Solution Double check if you didn’t wait before you took the snapshot, as its reporting opposing info! The Power Adapter is Connected the batteries health appears to be OK, but the Full Charge Capacity is clearly not full! And the system is Discharging the battery were it should be Charging it! Turn the system off and leave it under charge for the night (good 10 hours) and recheck things in the morning....
Chosen Solution Hi, I took out my iPad 4 after a year or so to find that the battery had swollen to an extent that it had separated the top right bit of screen off the body. I got a replacement battery and tried to replace it myself., followed the iFixit guide for it which was great. The device ran fine till the battery drained till 1% after which it turned off ....
Chosen Solution Hi there, I did try finding the answer through other questions posted but have not come across anyone in a situation exactly like mine. I’m clumsy so my iPad has been through a lot. Yesterday I replaced its cracked screen as I’ve done already four times before and when I was finished assembling it, I turned it on to test out the new screen. It was not responding to touch at all so I disassembled it again and made sure the screen’s digitizer ribbon was all the way in the “sockets”....
