Chosen Solution Hello, today i had an iPhone 6 with a defective screen, the glass was shattered and also the lcd behind was very damaged, but you still could read something in the top left corner. I have about 6 replacement screens here, but none of them works with this iPhone. The strange thing is, that the original damaged screen still shows the top left corner and says “no service”, but with all the other displays I just get a black screen, the backlight is turned on but no image....

Chosen Solution ipod won’t turn off. It is paused permanently. The first thing to try is resetting the iPod. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.) Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. Is it possible to just replace the SSD, to a large (1TB or 2TB) NVMe SSD with a pin adapter and reformat the existing HD to be used as a JBOD partition? In other words, can the PCIe SSD act as a stand alone drive instead of the original Fusion configuration?...

Chosen Solution Swimman waterproof Apple iPods from the inside. Have you done a teardown on one of their products to see if it’s possible to replicate at home? I’m guessing they simply smother the internal components in silicone and replace the cover. Ifixit has done a teardown of the second generation iPod Shuffle. I would think that if you wanted to water seal it, you would have to seal the shuffle/loop switch as well as the headphone jack....

Chosen Solution My monitor is Sony SDM-HS75P, and I was wondering if it is HDCP compliant? The monitor was manufactured on June 2005. The intended use is to play ps3 games and not for viewing movies or anything else. The SDM-HS75P’s highest resolution is 1280x1024,setting the PS3 to that resolution should work. If HDCP is required, then a message will popup on the screen saying the monitor is not HDCP compliant....

Chosen Solution I have an iPod Classic 160GB A1238 model. If I connect it to external power source it turns on fine and works. But it does not do that when I connect it to any other power device like Mac or PC. What that means is that I am not able to add an new song to it OR I can not take a backup of the 10GB data that exists on it....

Chosen Solution When I plug the front camera proximity flex cable to the phone it takes ages to boot once it does its so slow I have no service battery health has a spinning circle wifi shows connected but cannot browse anything setting apps takes ages to open and when it does I cannot scroll what has happened as it was fine before I disassembled it when the flex for the front camera is unplugged the phone works fine is it damaged or is there something else going on?...

Chosen Solution the screen has white spots on the inside like water spots.the channel’s will change but I can barely see the screen @trose70 that will depend on what model your TV is. Common issues with snowy pictures is a failed DLP chip as well as a bad video board. It will also help if you can tell us if you have snowy pictures on all video inputs i.e. HDMI Cable etc....

Chosen Solution We have a COOKS very cool looking retro pink toaster oven. Problem is not only cool looking but cool acting and it takes about 20 minutes to moderately heat a bagel. Our daughter would love this to be working for her new apartment any ideas? Some models will use the top broiler element to help preheat the oven. Try the broiler by itself to make sure that it is working properly....

One was inside my 2017 5K iMac last week and it crawled around until it died. I just noticed a second one roaming around. If this was my older iMac, I would just take the screen glass off with suction cups....

Chosen Solution There is a box at start up asking for a password and I didn’t set it up. It is my tablet but a “friend” thought it would be nice to have it password protected. Now, they cant remember what they entered. I was able to press ALT + R to get to Enter Rescue Password for 2017/06/25. Chosen Solution Ive seen a few similar questions on here but no exact answer to the problem that I have. Samsung Fridge Freezer not dumping the ice from the tray to the holder. It makes the ice but will not dump unless i press the test button then it will turn, dump and refill. The ice making unit is new.
