Chosen Solution Hi all, I’m currently in the process of replacing the screen on my Iphone 7. Starting to reassemble the front camera and noticed that the replacement screen doesn’t have the two plastic holders/brackets for the front camera and proximity sensor (see link) like my old screen does. Is this going to be a problem? Is it possible to transfer them over from the old screen (they seem to be stuck on there pretty tightly…)?...

Ive had it for about a year and a half and lately if i would drop it (less than 1 foot) or even set it down ge it would shut off and not turn on. i would smack it and tried to turn it on and it worked. the other day i dropped it and the whole screen cracked:( the screen can be fixed easily but what i don’t understand is that my iPhone will only turn on when it is plugged into my charger....

Chosen Solution Replaced the battery in my iPhone SE (1st gen) using iFixIt’s kit and instructions, Speaker sound was fine until I plugged headphones in. Now sound is stuck going to the headphone jack even when the plug is out. Try a hard reset and clean out the headphone jack with iso… or just replace charging port if both fixes don’t work

Chosen Solution I was doing my school work and my browser needed to update. I did the update but when I tried to open it again, it showed that it was corrupted or the file was not found? Then I tried to open iTunes and the same thing happened too. I thought to reboot it but it just gave me the crossed out sign when I tried to reboot. Chosen Solution When typing there is a delay before the letter appears. This is very annoying when trying to type a document. Is there a patch that can correct this? Diane Valovich, most likely no patch necessary but it will depend on your computer. If this just started, do a scan for spy or malware. Use a free program like Malwarebytes etc. The delay may be caused by not enough resources and I found malware to be one of the bigger offenders....

Chosen Solution Power cord was ripped from camera and I have to solider them back. Need diagram for Circuit board when you say ripped off….did completely come off the board? including the connector? The wire for the Nest outdoor cam leads to a JST type 4 pin connector that connects to the board. I couldn’t find a schematic for the board but if you look at the board with the solder pads pointing towards you…from left to right…RED, WHITE,GREEN,BLACK is the order of the wires....
