Chosen Solution I recently replaced the screen and home button on my iPad 6 and I cant seem to get the home button to not be loose. I also replaced the rubber gasket with no luck. Any tips on what I could be doing wrong or missing? Use Tesa 61395 adhesive and home button should stay put, it’s one of the best adhesive on the market, better than the red tape....
Chosen Solution I went ahead and replaced the battery in my Iphone 5S. I must have done something to the screen or there must be something not allowing my screen to sit flush at the top. I think the screen is slightly coming away from the frame and it also doesn’t seem to be able to push down into place where you hear that snap. The bottom is fine, just the top....
Chosen Solution Hi guys, I have an iPhone 6. Not water damaged. Everything else works fine except home button click. When press home button, nothing happened. Fingerprint works though. Upon further diagnosis, I found there is no continuity on BUTTON_TO_AP_MENU_KEY_L. There is continuity between C2167 and R2160, but no continuity between R2160 and DZ2110. Could anyone tell me which component to replace? Or simply jump R2160 to DZ2110? The Continuity issue may just be a “Cold solder” joint....

Please click the picture to get a better view of the phone. @stijntech that looks like connector HDC4000 which is supposed to connect the flex cable for the proximity sensor/Mic/service LED connector. So no part missing on the board. Your image is not clear enough (repeat straight down instead of angled) to see if the flex is there....

Unplug the battery and mag-safe. Press and hold the power on button for 10 seconds....

I tried to clean everything the dust and etc. When I press power and status light flash blue really fast once then completely shut off. It won’t turn on at all after one flash. Previously, I had been experiencing occasional screen shutoffs and darkenings where the screen goes black but other functions continue to work, until after a few seconds and tapping the power button, it comes back.
