Chosen Solution There is no visible damage on the outside. I did the home button and start button procedure. Hooked it up to iTunes on my MacBook and it shows that it is charged and wiped the phone. When I attempted to load the back up it failed to do so. I am thinking logic board ? Get the screen replaced and see how that goes.
