I did however made a small mistake by pulling the ‘Authorised Service Provider Only’ tab while the old battery is still intact, resulting in part of the tab being ripped away (see image). Chosen Solution I stripped the screws which held down the battery connector bracket. I, in my utter stupidity, decided to pry the metal bracket open with SCISSORS. I could then plug in the new battery in to the phone. But after sealing up the phone and turning it on, I found that the phone would not charge. I tried backing up my data but the phone would restart every two minutes or so....
Chosen Solution My daughters ipod is disabled. We have tried to connect it to itunes and it keeps giving us an error message. I have tried to hard restart it and still nothing. I have tried to connect it to icloud and can’t get into reset it there either. I have ran out of options. Your best bet is to put it into DFU mode and then reset it it is different for every device so look up how to do a DFU mode reset of your device

Chosen Solution I live in a rental. The ice maker has been replaced in the last 5 years. There seems to be a leak on the right hand side where the tube to fill the ice maker is. It leaks down the side causing ice buildup, the bin gets froze to the inside and the ice in the dispenser gets all froze together and wont dispense. We let it thaw, removed the ice maker and cleaned it, reinstalled but no luck....
