Chosen Solution the black ink cartridge on the right side ( the larger one ) is leaking. If you are using refilled cartridge then replace it. If you can see where it is leaking then you could try cleaning the area and cover with strong tape like electrical tape or even duct tape.

It will start up and you can enter password and enter phone but after a few minutes it will shut down and reboot again. I tried charging it while using a USB voltage meter and it showed 0A. I suspected the battery and tried to replace it but still no sign of life or charge in the phone. If mobile phone network, have you checked that the Mobile Data setting has been enabled? Go to Settings > Networks > Mobile Data, tap to turn on mobile data. If WiFi, can you find and connect to a WiFi network OK? What have you tried?
