Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and i noticed every once in awhile the display will be on max brightness then all of a sudden the “max brightness “ will randomly dim quite a bit. I’ve tried turning off the auto brightness but max brightness will still be lower than normal. Anyone else notice this? Is this a hardware issue? That’s just the phone overheating. Chosen Solution Hi I noticed in the battery replacement guide that it shows to remove the Taptic Engine and speakers but several YouTube videos I watched don’t show removal of any of those. Is it necessary to remove those or can I not remove those as long as I remove all the battery adhesive tabs? I would follow the guide if you’re DIYing this repair. By removing the speakers and taptic engine you’re allowing more room to get the tweezers in there to remove the adhesive tabs....

Is the iFixit battery compatible with the new IOS upgrades and resistant to the recently disclosed battery draining practices? The replacement batteries from iFixit are what I to believe are high quality as they offer 1-year warranty on their batteries. Also the issue of the phone slowing down from bad batteries are not on the 5s model, the iPhone 6 and higher are affected by it in iOS 11....
