Chosen Solution Hello, my iMac kept shutting down after a few minutes of use in windows, and I totally couldn’t boot to macOS as it shut down while it is booting. I reset the SMC , and it worked for a few hours, until it shut down again after a few hours. I think that chip might be faulty, but I have no idea how to replace it, and I’m not even sure if it’s causing the problem....

Chosen Solution My iPhone 6 plus wont turn on. When I plug it into the computer, iTunes doesn’t recognize it. When I hold the on/off button and the home button, iPhone turns on and the logo appears. But if I let go of either buttons, it turns off immediately. However, since the screen isn’t sealed into the iPhone yet (because I did a battery replacement to see if the problem was the battery), I can see that although the logo went away and the screen is black, the LCD is still lit....

Hi @carter84 Try plugging in the device and holding the Home+Power Buttons together for 10+ seconds to reset the device. If there are no hardware problems, it should restart and boot up normally....

Chosen Solution Hello! I was repairing an iPhone 6S when the cable ribbon accidentally touched a different pin on the logic board, then the cables sparked. The phone still works fine with the old screen. Do I proceed with the new screen, or get a replacement? Make sure the battery is disconnected when doing any repair. If it is still connected it can cause a short in the logic and could potentially damage it....

Chosen Solution When replacing an iPhone X camera glass, does it break the water seal? it will unless you get the proper foam adhesive used to reseal it, and apply the lens in a dust free environment, without getting your fingers on the adhesive. Essentially, good technicians are trained to do this, and will have access to the proper parts for the repair. If you absolutely want the ip68 classification to stay in tact, then you will need the above repair done....

Chosen Solution Hello, After I replaced the Backglass of my iPhone XR the Flash stopped working. Everything else is fine. How can I fix this and how can I prevent it from happening the next time. (I used a Hotgun at 200°C to remove the Backglass) If the rear camera works properly then more than like there was some damage done to the cable the flash is connected to. It would be tricky to damage just that bit and nothing else since all the buttons are on that sable cable, as well as the rear microphone....

As the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W510 is now 7 years old, personally, I would opt for an aftermarket battery on Ebay that can be found for $10.- $15. An original Sony battery will most likely cost more than the current dollar value of the camera....

Chosen Solution After an update the soundcard of the hp wave 600 is not present enymore in the device manager also not configurable in windos 10 There are a lot of know issues with the latest Windows 10 release. I would see if the manufacture has updated drivers on their website. If all else fails, just roll back the updates. This will fix the problems until Microsoft fixes the problems with the latest release....
