Chosen Solution It won’t let me make phone calls it hangs up tight away Had the same problem. Try turning off assisted dialing in call settings. Hope this helped. I put mine back to factory settings and haven’t had a problem since. I wrote down my contacts first. I’m not able to receive calls or call out from my zte phone

Chosen Solution I offered a friend to fix his phone 5S but I screwed up everything. I have repaired few iphones before (only lcd replacement) with no problem, but now I failed. I swaped the cracked LCD with the new one. Moved the home button and proximity sensor cables too. Before I put back every screw I tested it and worked fine. But then I put back every screw and closed the phone and it just shows the apple logo forever....
Chosen Solution I got quite an interesting iPhone which charges only with an aftermarket cable and doesn’t recognize original cable lol ! Also it takes 7-8 hours to charge and 3 hours to discharge completely when left idle with network and wifi. I have replaced complete lightning part and battery as well so that’s definitely not the issue with iPhone. Here are my possible assumptions/solutions but need your suggestions. Chosen Solution No it’s not. If the cellular subsystem fails to respond during update, the whole thing would probably fail. Then you will run into the issue of not being able to activate once a restore is done, or not able to finish restore at all.

If so, use a strong light and a magnifying glass and visually inspect the speaker’s charge port and look for any signs of damage to the pins or even if the port enclosure may be clogged with lint etc, which may be preventing a good electrical connection....
Chosen Solution Need to access the motherboard to solder a new charge port. Don’t want to break anything internally, a guide would help. Use a flat tool like an isesamo to take the side covers off. they are attached with adhesive. The side with the buttons has a small board underneath that can be taken out with the isesamo (just has adhesive) and care taking out the cable thats attached to it (standard flex cable with a small latch lock) ....
Chosen Solution kernal_task is over 90%. Fans on full, but CPU is not hot! 47º Celsius Mid 2009 13” MBP 5,5 is SLOW like molasses. This happens even with a fresh wipe and install of El Capitan. EtereCheck no problems but took a longer than usual. Reset everything and problem still persists. It’s been 3 weeks now, driving me around in a twist! Any clues?
