Chosen Solution I noticed there are many sites selling home button replacement parts for the Galaxy S3. I’ve yet to see a video where this part is removed prior to removing the display assembly from the chassis. Can this be done without removing the display (and likely destroying the display in the process)? well i would think that if it is like every other samsung phone then no it cant be removed what ur probably thinking of is the line to the circuit board that needs to be replaced....

Chosen Solution Dear all, after an issue with coffee over the keyboard / sticky keys i decided to replace the keyboard instead of the whole upper case. All keys where working (but sticky) at this time. Replacement of keyboard done - but then no reaction on the keyboard / trackpad. Also no backlighting available. The only functioning key is the power button. After this i replaced the 2 flex cables for the keyboard and the trackpad, again no help....

When I got my phone back, I noticed that on random occasions when I try typing my keyboard will just bug out and begin clicking letters and symbols I had not touched. I took the phone back to the same shop and they reset my phone saying this would work- it didn’t! So the next day, yet again, I take it back and they put on a new screen....
Chosen Solution MacBook Pro runs fine but no keyboard backlight. Set if resetting the SMC and NVRAM fixes things: Reset the SMC of your MacReset NVRAM on your Mac If not your backlight power circuit or the backlight panel within the keyboard is damaged (often from liquid damage)

Any help would be much appreciated @justmustard this does not sound like a power adapter issue but just for completion sake let us know why you replaced the adapter. Your Yamaha PSR-175 needs a Yamaha PA-3C or PA-3B AC (12V DC 700mA)power adapter....

Chosen Solution I have laptop Acer V3-771 and i have problem in monitor : The problem is : the output for the screen is white color. I wont solve for this problem . @qutaiba72white screen means that the backlight is on but your display does not receive any data. Check with an external monitor and see if that displays properly. If it does, you know that you GPU is circuitry is working....
Chosen Solution I initially did an erase and install with disk utility and the computer booted up fine. The next day I got the blinking question mark in the folder at start up. I restarted and since then I’ve got nothing but the black screen. I have tried to boot in recovery (command R) I have gone through the NVRAM and PRAM reset protocols. Nothing. I have created a bootable thumb drive with Mojave on it and tried to boot to the thumb drive....

Chosen Solution I opened my laptop to find that my battery was grossly swollen. Apple had replaced the battery years ago and wouldn’t do it again (plus the pandemic). I decided to handle it myself after reading the guide. Got my new battery and repair tool kit and got to work. Teardown was tedious but doable. The battery came out surprisingly straightforward. Checked out the condition of everything and no obvious damage to anything....

I tried searching online what the cause could be, and looking at the diagnostic led i could not find a solution.
