Chosen Solution I sit in a iphone / iPad repair shop. Last week i got an iPad mini in, which was completely dead. I initially fixed it my removing and replacing the battery. Few days later the iPad was dead again. Wont charge, wont be found in itunes. Just dead Any ideas? I would have a look at the dock connector to see if there is any debris/damage there. If not, it may be either a faulty replacement battery (common) or logic board damage....

There is a handful of them (iPad 2s and 4s) that have been tossed aside as being not able to turn on and multiple different parts have been used in them such as new LCDs, new digitizers, new batteries, new charge ports, etc; and still do not power up. However, when plugging into the computer the PC recognizes these iPads and they are stuck in DFU mode and can’t get out....

Chosen Solution I recently replaced my iPhone 6 screen. Everything went smoothly for the most part. But the ear piece and front facing camera arnt working. The front mic (Siri can hear me) seems to work and the light proximity sensor works. But when I try to make a phone call I hear nothing. Front face camera freezes when you flip it around. I have a problem with the flooded iPhone 7, it had a short circuit of 0.350a I was able to remove it now it is 0.000a after turning on nothing happens and stands at 0.060-0.080a. Have any ideas? you need to clean it using isopropyl alcohol. that will involve completely disassembling it. Chosen Solution Sound like a long screw damage, did you maybe put the wrong screw in the wrong hole when you were putting on the LCD shield? The battery that you purchased either came faulty or the battery cable just got twisted and the battery power line happen to be broken internally. Upon such, you will have that issue. You can try with the original battery and see if you iPhone is in good health....
Chosen Solution Hi all, I just replaced an LCD on my nano. Looks good. Works fine. Only problem I am experiencing it with the adhesive. I bought the custom precut adhesives from ebay but they seem a bit too narrow. When placed on the ipod they seem to sit a little below in the recessed area so the LCD doesn’t make enough contact with it to stick. Anyone have any adhesive recommendations?...
Chosen Solution I accidentally fried the left channel of my phone’s headphones amplifier. (by external 12V voltage, I was testing some sound circuits; that’s too bad) Where’s the headphone amp in the phone and how to change or repair the damaged part? I believe the DAC and amplifier are BGA-mount parts on the main board. Unfortunately, you’d probably would have to replace the entire board, unless you’re good with BGA soldering....

Could i have ruined the usb ports by wiping the front down? Chosen Solution As stated… I was to hold down the power and volume button for 10 seconds. I did.. Screen stays black. Then you say, Once the tablet turns on it enters the Reboot screen. Does the tablet turn on by itself??? or am I suppose to turn it back on? – then Scroll down to “Wipe Data/Reset”. When I turn the pad on myself, all I get is - the beginning screen of NuVision, then the intel inside screen and it stays stuck there—Cannot get down to “Wipe Data/Reset”....

Chosen Solution I think the battery is messing up, is there a link for a guide to replace it. You need to replace the battery. It is VERY DIFFICULT to replace the battery in this iPod, but here’s a link to the logic board assembly repair guide. Chosen Solution Hello I’m in desperate need of help with this. I moved into a home with this dryer that’s heat wouldn’t work (at all). Tested for continuity and replaced the heating element, thermal fuse, thermal high-cutoff, thermostat, moisture sensor, moisture sensor wire harness, and removed all lint from the trap. Now the element works but I’m not sure if the heating element is responding to the different heating options, like I can see it cycle on and off to regulate temps for lower heat settings but the clothes still come out hot....

If you still cannot be heard when using the headphones with the microphone attachment then there is a problem with the voice transmission circuitry on the systemboard which would have to be investigated further....

Chosen Solution I accidently turned on talkback…. now I cant do anything on the tablet…. how do I turntalkback off I googled the RCA RCT 6773W22 It told me to click and try to get to settings, I got it to settings but I am still unable to turn off talk back. with talk back on it does not allow mw to just click what I want, since I got the tablet second hand I do not have a book with instructions....
