Chosen Solution I broke my screen a few months back; I tried replacing it once but I got a dodgy screen from amazon so I returned it and left the phone open inside a box for a month or so before I got a new screen replacement. When I woke up and turned it on there was a no service message, I thought maybe there was a network issue but later on I thought maybe it was something else. Update the phone to the latest ios but still the error was there.. Then on checking *#06# there was no imei.. I read it was a hardware baseband ic issue....
Chosen Solution Dropped my phone on the floor it feel on the side screen has a tiny black dot on the bottom left and green lines going down the phone where can I fix it an how much it will likely need an lcd assembly replacement. you can always try this yourself and source the parts, however it’s not something I’d necessarily recommend for a first repair attempt since it’s very easy to break the face id cable on the screen on these ones....

Assuming damage at the motherboard. You have to repair and trouble shoot the old way. Arm yourself with the schematic and a multimeter etc. There are some hidden diagnostics tests and other menus in Android. To access them you open your dial pad like you would to dial a number to call someone....
Chosen Solution So I replaced the battery of a 5s, worked great for 3 days. On the 4th day, it started robooting by itself. You get a apple logo screen and it restarts after some time. Checked if the connector was firmly connected and it was. Now the phone died and won’t reboot. Can somebody help me? Chosen Solution Hello dears, I was working on a mac that client spilled water on the keyboard ,opened it and checked if there’s any leak inside. disconnected the trackpad cable and battery, then reassembled again with no issues. Now when booting it shows me “Macintosh disk” i need to select it everytime and when reaching the user passord some of the keys don’t type (only make sounds). After resetting SMC or NVRAM it works correctly but i need to do it everytime....

Chosen Solution Replaced battery with new ifixit battery. Phone does not power up. If I reattach the old battery the phone powers on. Is this battery so dead that it won’t show powering up even after charging for several minutes. Or is it DOA? It seems like it’s DOA, but leave it charged for at least 15 minutes. If that doesn’t work, then it’s DOA. I have seen batteries that are flat when they come in before....

Brad has given the best answer, assuming you refer to a hard shutdown with the wheel in the center of the screen, and the apple logo at start up. Otherwise, Settings>General>Auto-Lock, gives options for 1min, 2min, 3min, 4min, 5min, and Never, as intervals of inactivity after which the phone goes to “Lock” the same as if you pressed the power lock button quickly without waiting for the red “Slide to power off” slider to appear....
Chosen Solution So I’m going to take my ps4 to be fixed tomorrow but will be short on time tomorrow morning. Because of this I’m planning on taking the ps4 apart now to have the motherboard ready to go. Can leaving it out overnight affect anything? No. Nothing will be affected. Just make sure its in a well secured area
