Chosen Solution show me how to fix error 53 This problem is related to the touch ID. You will need to take the iPhone apart and disconnect the touch id connector. Restart phone and update normally. Reconnect once update has completed. Search youtube or google for connector location. Matthew Lucas

Chosen Solution After a screen replacement the iPhone goes to the Apple logo for about 3 seconds then lcd dims completely. Have tried multiple screens. Phone still reads in iTunes. I don’t want to try restoring just yet because of customer data. I already replaced the filter and still showing same behavior. Tested the three caps for shorts and all are good. No signs of shorts anywhere in circuit that I tested....
Chosen Solution So I use the glue remover and polarizer remover, clean the LCD and apply a new polarizer layer. I tried redrawing the leads for the static also. I have done about 6 LCD’s and none of them work with the touch. You can touch it at the very top and bottom but the middle is unresponsive. I’ve tried different oca’s but nothing. Am I missing something? If I apply just the polarizer it works fine....
Chosen Solution Hey guys So I have done a full water damage repair on an Iphone 6S and it works almost perfect except for the rear facing camera, I open the app and the screen is just blank. I tried a new camera and same issue so assume its still to do with the water damage and maybe corrosion to logic board connection with camera. Any ideas if this can be repaired with someone with more expertise such a replacing the logic board connector etc?...
Chosen Solution Tried to replace the screen, damaged the upper ribbon cable for the camera, etc. Then decided to put my old screen back on and let someone else do it, but for the time being the phone is unresponsive and slow. I did a geekbench test and got normal scores, however. I was just wondering when the screen and the front camera ribbon cable is replaced that the phone will go back to normal?...

I’ve ordered a replacement-part but it still does the same thing… Also: if I connect the unit while the device is powered on it works absolutely fine. It just hinders the booting-process somehow… Anybody experiences something similar? I’ve had the same thing happen to me on an iphone 7....
Chosen Solution hey, my phone suddenly start making white flickers on the top of the screen and the touch screen stop working. when i lock my iphone and reopen it, the flickering stops and the touch return to normal although sometimes even if i locked the phone and reopen it the problem remains the same. aside sometimes i feel that my phone turns too hot when flickering. i took it to the technical support in my country, Lebanon, they told me that they changed the “AC " in the phone, after one week from the fixation date the same problem return to appear in addition to ghost touch and the silent/ringing mode change alone....

My question is: Is it normal to have water pouring (when sink is on) out of the drain hose connector (nipple) when it is not connected? One guy said this shouldn’t happen. My question: Is there a Antenna Module (for texting and speaking not a WiFi Antenna) for the iPhone 5c available at IFIXIT.com? Well the antenna is integrated into the dock connector/loudspeaker. During the process of trying to remove my logic board I accidentally removed what I probably shouldn’t have thinking it was just waterproof tape after watching a video concerning it. Looks like there is a bit of copper underneath it maybe for insulation I’m assuming....

We would have to see your boards to evaluate them for damaged components. You will need a multimeter to measure a few things later on....

Remove the back of your TV and post some images of all of your boards so we can see what you see....
